Problem addressed: Recruitment relies on CV keyword searches that hide why a candidate fits.
What you can test: Pick a vacancy, see ranked candidates and open the 'Why?' breakdown for each score.
Data represented: Synthetic professionals, organisations, aircraft types and vacancies.
Limitations: Qualifications are self-declared. No licence, medical or rating is verified with any authority.

Problem addressed: Gaps and conflicts surface late because information sits in separate tools.
What you can test: Browse the planning window and see which items need attention.
Data represented: Synthetic fleet, airports, duties and customer requests.
Limitations: Read-only. No optimisation, no live data, no connection to operational systems.
